Welcome to CatchKash! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rules for accessing and using our mobile application (the “App”) and the financial services we provide. By installing, registering, or using CatchKash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the App immediately.

1. Key Definitions

  • CatchKash: Refers to the mobile loan application operated by the Company, which offers short-term lending solutions to qualified individuals in the Philippines.
  • User: Any person who downloads, registers, or engages with services provided through the App.
  • Company / We / Us: The legal entity responsible for operating and maintaining CatchKash.

2. Scope of Services

CatchKash provides registered users with the following functions:

  • Account setup and verification of identity documents
  • Application, review, and approval of loan requests
  • Loan disbursement, repayment monitoring, and reminders
  • Customer assistance and dispute handling

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for CatchKash services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements
  • Be a resident of the Philippines with valid government-issued identification
  • Have a verifiable source of income or repayment capacity
  • Submit accurate and complete information when registering and applying

4. User Responsibilities

By using CatchKash, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
  • Provide truthful and up-to-date personal and financial data
  • Repay loans on or before the due date stated in your loan agreement
  • Refrain from misusing the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Failure to comply may result in account suspension, service restrictions, or legal enforcement.

5. Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all data provided during registration, loan application, and usage is correct, current, and complete. Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information may cause denial of service, termination of your account, or potential legal action.

6. Loan Repayment Obligations

All loans must be repaid according to the repayment schedule disclosed in your agreement. Delayed payments may result in additional fees, penalties, and negative effects on your credit record. Timely repayment may improve your borrowing profile and eligibility for future services.

7. Restricted Activities

You may not use CatchKash for activities including, but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent or misleading transactions
  • Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
  • Impersonation or identity theft

Any violation will lead to immediate suspension of services, potential reporting to authorities, and legal liability.

8. Security of Accounts

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login details. Do not share your password or allow others to use your account. If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity, you must notify us immediately.

9. Loan Terms

  • Loan Amount: Based on your credit assessment and eligibility
  • Repayment Period: Stated in your loan contract for each approved loan
  • Interest and Fees: Disclosed prior to acceptance of the loan offer
  • Payment Options: Through bank transfers, e-wallets, or other authorized channels

10. Data Privacy

CatchKash complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

  • Personal data is collected and processed solely for loan processing and service provision
  • Your information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us

11. Ownership of Content

All trademarks, graphics, software, and content within the App are the property of the Company. You may not copy, alter, distribute, or reuse any materials without written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep services reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as technical outages, regulatory requirements, or natural disasters. Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions taken through the App.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, submit false information, or engage in prohibited conduct.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In case of any disputes, both parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Manila, Philippines.

15. Amendments

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Any revisions will be communicated through the App or via user notifications. Continued use of CatchKash after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
